Never do we use Ozone or “Ionizing treatment.” The terms “Energized Oxygen” and “Pure Air” have been used to describe what ozone generators produce, according to the EPA, which does not endorse using ozone in homes or other sealed, occupied spaces.

Master Germ and Odor Removal are awesome. Tyler was a Pro, prompt responsive and communicated well throughout. I needed clgar smoke odor removed from a luxury home and was unsure it could be removed with-out weeks of expensive renovations. They came in to give an estimate and were able to treat the home that same night. The whole process was quick, painless and reasonably priced. (actually well priced when considering, new paint, new carpet, new draperies, etc. ) I would recommend for homes, cares, rvs etc. They said they frquently and successfully treat unwanted smells in all of those areas and I believe it. Good people and a great experience overall.
