Years of experience
One time reactive treatment after a confirmed illness, an outbreak, or a blood and bodily fluid incident, using products drawn from the EPA list for your specific organism. Includes electrostatic application, documented contact times, regulated waste handling where required, and our residual barrier for up to 90 days. Available 24/7.
The routine counterpart to this service. Scheduled preventive treatment that keeps everyday bacterial levels down on shared surfaces in offices, gyms, childcare centers, salons and restaurants. Most clients who use us for a disinfection event move onto a sanitizing schedule afterward to hold the gains.
Targeted work on the high touch points that carry illness through a home or single space, with products matched to the organism and swab readings taken before and after. Lighter in scope than a full disinfection treatment and generally used residentially.
Recurring general cleaning with deodorizing bundled into the same visit, which suits landlords, property managers and households that prefer one vendor and one schedule for ongoing maintenance.
For smells with a physical source, including pet urine in carpet pad, musty air traced to a leak, sewer gas from a dry drain trap and dead animal odor inside walls. We locate the source with blacklight and moisture mapping before treating.
Cigarette, cigar, cannabis and fire smoke drive into drywall, insulation and framing, which takes thermal fogging and ozone to reach. Permanent removal handled as its own service rather than as an add on.
You get documentation you can verify: The report names the product and its EPA registration number, so you can check it against the list yourself.
We select from the EPA list covering what was actually confirmed, because a flu product will not touch C. diff spores.
Most disinfectants need 4 to 10 minutes of unbroken wet contact, and spraying then wiping dry means the rated kill never happened.
ot by what you can see. A vomiting event contaminates a radius far wider than the mess itself.
A residual barrier bonds to treated hard surfaces so they are not back to square one the moment someone touches a handle.
| Organism | Why It Is Difficult | EPA List We Select From | What the Job Requires |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clostridioides difficile (C. diff) | Forms spores that can survive on surfaces for months. Alcohol-based products are ineffective against the spores. | EPA List K | A sporicidal disinfectant, typically bleach- or peroxide-based, applied for the full required contact time. |
| Norovirus | A non-enveloped virus that is highly resistant. As few as 18 viral particles can cause infection. | EPA List G | A disinfectant with a specific norovirus claim and treatment of all surrounding high-touch areas. |
| Candida auris | A fungus that is resistant to several commonly used disinfectants. | EPA List P | An EPA List P disinfectant specifically approved for Candida auris. |
| MRSA and VRE | Antibiotic-resistant bacteria that can remain viable on surfaces for days to weeks. | EPA List H | A hospital-grade disinfectant applied thoroughly to high-touch and contact surfaces. |
| SARS-CoV-2 | An enveloped virus that is generally easier to inactivate than non-enveloped viruses. | EPA List N | Any EPA-registered List N disinfectant used with the full required dwell time. |
| Influenza A | An enveloped virus that can remain infectious on hard surfaces for 24–48 hours. | EPA List N and products with influenza claims | A standard disinfectant applied for the proper contact time across all shared touchpoints. |
| Bloodborne Pathogens (HBV & HCV) | Hepatitis B (HBV) can remain infectious in dried blood on surfaces for at least seven days. | Tuberculocidal products (per OSHA guidance) | Full PPE, a tuberculocidal or bleach-based disinfection protocol, and proper regulated waste disposal. |

Dave was punctual, professional and knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel safe and took the time to answer all our questions and explained to us what to expect. He kept our home clean during prep, treatment and when he completed his work. He came on very short notice and did a wonderful job in our home neutralizing volatile organic compounds (both the voc smell and chemical toxic side effects) from grout solvent based sealer that had seeped throughout the house , all our belongings, and hvac system . Thank you!Posted on Google Devi PatelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I literally tried so many things to get rid of the smoke smell in my car for years and nothing worked. It would just linger in the air vents and make my hair smell like smoke any time I turned on the AC. Then Dave came and my car smells like new again! It was so easy to do and I’m so happy with the results! I’m just upset I waited so long to call them. 10/10 recommend.Posted on Google Christi ReayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had to trade in a car for one that smelled like someone had smoked in it. I am super sensitive to smells and get migraines easily to boot! I was worried about toxicity from ozone machines since I have had cancer and am very concerned with chemicals. So, I took a chance on Master Germ. The owner is so polite and helpful. I was worried at first because I could smell both the old smell and chlorine for quite awhile. The owner was great about responding to my concerns. We both realized I am ultra sensitive to scent and he explained it could take 14 days for someone like me to notice longer smell the chlorine. I finally left the trunk open an entire day since the smell was dominantly in the back. Almost to the day, 14 days later I couldn’t smell it any more. It smells like a normal car now! He told me he is was willing to come back and redo it at any time is I wasn’t satisfied. He was honest, helpful, and super responsive. It is a bit more expensive than some who claim to remove smoke odors but it is beyond worth it. To me ozone machines don’t really remove the smells. My car smells and looks clean after all of his work. Don’t hesitate to use them—-it is way better than any other system!Posted on Google Brendon FriedmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
