Years of experience
Our core service, built for surfaces rather than smells. We identify and treat the high touch points that carry the heaviest germ load, using products chosen for the specific organism we are up against. Every job includes before and after swab testing so you can see the drop in germ levels. Most homes are done in a few hours and safe to use once dry.
For smells that have settled into a home and will not leave, such as pet urine, musty air after a leak, garbage odor or that closed up smell in a vacant property. We trace the smell back to the source instead of covering it, then treat the material holding it. Air fresheners only mask, so we do not use them.
Cigarette, cigar and fire smoke behave differently from other odors because the particles soak into drywall, insulation, carpet padding and duct work. We use ozone and thermal fogging so treatment reaches the same places the smoke did. This is permanent removal, not a temporary cover up, which is why it is priced and scheduled separately.
Cooking oil and spice odors bond to grease films on cabinets, walls, ceilings and vents, so standard odor treatment barely touches them. We degrease the affected surfaces first, then treat the residue underneath. It is a common issue in rentals and resale homes across the Valley and one of the few odor problems that genuinely needs its own method.
Routine, preventive treatment that keeps everyday germ levels down on surfaces people share. Best suited to offices, gyms, daycares and salons on a repeating schedule, weekly or monthly. It is lighter than disinfection by design, meant to hold the line rather than react to an outbreak.
Our reactive, one time deep treatment for when something has already happened, such as a confirmed illness, a biohazard clean up or a medical setting that needs hospital grade work. This is where our up to 90 day residual protection is applied. Available 24/7 because these calls rarely wait.
We take ATP swab readings on your surfaces before we start and again after we finish. The readings are recorded and handed to you. Nearly every germ service in this market asks you to trust a claim, and we would rather show you a measurement.
Most EPA registered disinfectants need 1 to 10 minutes of continuous wet contact to reach their rated kill. Spray and wipe dry in five seconds and the product never does the job it was built for. We keep surfaces wet for the full dwell time, every time.
Door handles, faucet levers, stair rails and chair arms are three dimensional, and a cloth reaches maybe half of each one. Our electrostatic application charges the droplets so they pull toward the surface and wrap the undersides and edges as well.
On qualifying jobs we apply a residual barrier that stays active on treated surfaces for up to 90 days. It means the surface is not back to square one the moment somebody touches it, which matters most in busy kitchens, entryways and shared bathrooms.
Wet smoke comes from slow smoldering fires burning at lower temperatures, often plastics and rubber, and it leaves a sticky smeary film with a sharp pungent smell that spreads if you wipe it wrong. Dry smoke comes from fast hot fires with plenty of oxygen, and the residue is powdery and easier to lift, but it travels much further and settles deep into cracks, wall cavities and porous surfaces.

Dave was punctual, professional and knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel safe and took the time to answer all our questions and explained to us what to expect. He kept our home clean during prep, treatment and when he completed his work. He came on very short notice and did a wonderful job in our home neutralizing volatile organic compounds (both the voc smell and chemical toxic side effects) from grout solvent based sealer that had seeped throughout the house , all our belongings, and hvac system . Thank you!Posted on Google Devi PatelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I literally tried so many things to get rid of the smoke smell in my car for years and nothing worked. It would just linger in the air vents and make my hair smell like smoke any time I turned on the AC. Then Dave came and my car smells like new again! It was so easy to do and I’m so happy with the results! I’m just upset I waited so long to call them. 10/10 recommend.Posted on Google Christi ReayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had to trade in a car for one that smelled like someone had smoked in it. I am super sensitive to smells and get migraines easily to boot! I was worried about toxicity from ozone machines since I have had cancer and am very concerned with chemicals. So, I took a chance on Master Germ. The owner is so polite and helpful. I was worried at first because I could smell both the old smell and chlorine for quite awhile. The owner was great about responding to my concerns. We both realized I am ultra sensitive to scent and he explained it could take 14 days for someone like me to notice longer smell the chlorine. I finally left the trunk open an entire day since the smell was dominantly in the back. Almost to the day, 14 days later I couldn’t smell it any more. It smells like a normal car now! He told me he is was willing to come back and redo it at any time is I wasn’t satisfied. He was honest, helpful, and super responsive. It is a bit more expensive than some who claim to remove smoke odors but it is beyond worth it. To me ozone machines don’t really remove the smells. My car smells and looks clean after all of his work. Don’t hesitate to use them—-it is way better than any other system!Posted on Google Brendon FriedmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
