Targeted pathogen work on high touch points, usually for a household or a single space rather than an ongoing route. We match products to the organism involved and take before and after swab readings so the reduction is measured on that specific visit.
General cleaning and deodorizing bundled on one recurring schedule. Plenty of clients pair this with sanitizing so appearance and bacterial load are both handled on the same visit rather than by two different vendors.
For smells with a physical source, including pet urine in carpet pad, musty air from a leak, sewer gas from a dry drain trap and dead animal odor in walls. We locate the source with blacklight and moisture mapping before treating anything.
