Dave was punctual, professional and knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel safe and took the time to answer all our questions and explained to us what to expect. He kept our home clean during prep, treatment and when he completed his work. He came on very short notice and did a wonderful job in our home neutralizing volatile organic compounds (both the voc smell and chemical toxic side effects) from grout solvent based sealer that had seeped throughout the house , all our belongings, and hvac system . Thank you!Posted on Google Devi PatelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I literally tried so many things to get rid of the smoke smell in my car for years and nothing worked. It would just linger in the air vents and make my hair smell like smoke any time I turned on the AC. Then Dave came and my car smells like new again! It was so easy to do and I’m so happy with the results! I’m just upset I waited so long to call them. 10/10 recommend.Posted on Google Christi ReayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had to trade in a car for one that smelled like someone had smoked in it. I am super sensitive to smells and get migraines easily to boot! I was worried about toxicity from ozone machines since I have had cancer and am very concerned with chemicals. So, I took a chance on Master Germ. The owner is so polite and helpful. I was worried at first because I could smell both the old smell and chlorine for quite awhile. The owner was great about responding to my concerns. We both realized I am ultra sensitive to scent and he explained it could take 14 days for someone like me to notice longer smell the chlorine. I finally left the trunk open an entire day since the smell was dominantly in the back. Almost to the day, 14 days later I couldn’t smell it any more. It smells like a normal car now! He told me he is was willing to come back and redo it at any time is I wasn’t satisfied. He was honest, helpful, and super responsive. It is a bit more expensive than some who claim to remove smoke odors but it is beyond worth it. To me ozone machines don’t really remove the smells. My car smells and looks clean after all of his work. Don’t hesitate to use them—-it is way better than any other system!Posted on Google Brendon FriedmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Germ removal targets the specific contact points that matter most around older or medically fragile residents. That means walker and wheelchair grips, grab bars, bed rails, call buttons, medication cart handles, recliner controls, and every bathroom fixture in the unit. In private homes we cover the same list plus the surfaces a home health aide touches on every visit. This is bacteria and virus work only, handled room by room so nothing gets skipped.
The odors we handle in Mesa split into two groups. In care settings and senior homes it is biological odor from incontinence, wound care, or medical supplies, and that requires source treatment rather than air freshener. In seasonal and vacant properties it is mildew, dry drain smell, and stale trapped air after months of being sealed shut. We also work on a lot of manufactured homes in Mesa parks, where low ceilings and thin wall cavities hold odor tighter than a stick built house.
Mesa has a lot of long held homes where someone smoked indoors for decades, and that residue is deep in the drywall, insulation, and duct interior. Estate sales and inherited properties are the most common version of this call, usually right before a listing goes up. We use ozone and thermal fogging so the treatment reaches the porous material actually holding the smell, which paint and new flooring never do. Removal is permanent, so the odor does not come back the first hot month.
Mesa's rental and resale market moves a lot of properties where the previous occupants cooked heavily, and spice carrying oil leaves a film on cabinets, vent hoods, ceilings, and walls. Because that residue is oil based, it will not respond to standard deodorizers or ozone alone. We dissolve the film first, then treat the air handling system so the smell is not pulled back through the vents. Real estate agents and property managers in Mesa call us for this before photos are taken.
Disinfection is our most requested Mesa service because so much of the city has residents who cannot afford to get sick. We treat assisted living homes, memory care rooms, adult day programs, and private residences with hospital grade product applied across the whole space, not just the obvious spots. Our application leaves residual protection working on treated surfaces for up to 90 days, which stretches the value of a single visit through a full season. We work alongside a facility's existing infection control plan rather than replacing it.
For Mesa facilities and community buildings, sanitizing is the recurring service that keeps shared spaces from becoming the transmission point. Dining halls, activity rooms, fitness centers, card rooms, pool restrooms, and clubhouse door hardware all see heavy daily contact in a 55+ community. We build a weekly or biweekly schedule that fits around meal service and activity calendars so residents are never displaced. Regular sanitizing costs far less than responding to an outbreak after it starts.
